Assembly

  1. Laminate the two BASE PLATE pieces together to make one thick plate (burned faces inward)
  2. Laminate the three PERCH ARM pieces together
    1. Assemble and use the PERCH ALIGNMENT TOOL for this.
    2. Clamp, press, etc. to ensure the PERCH ARM cures straight
  3. Attach 7RPM COIN MOTOR (and GASKET) to the COIN MOTOR SUPPORT
    1. Bolt heads must be on the inside (nuts on the motor side)
    2. M3x8mm machine screw x2
    3. Black hex nut x2
  4. Apply traction material (hot glue) to COIN DISPENSE CAM
  5. Stack these items onto the COIN MOTOR shaft:
    1. COIN CAM SPACER
    2. COIN CAM
    3. COIN CAM SPACER
  6. Bolt both COIN MOTOR MOUNT pieces to BACK PANEL
    1. M3x8mm machine screw x2
    2. Black hex nut x2
  7. Bolt COIN TUBE PLATFORM to BACK PANEL
    1. M3x8mm machine screw x1
    2. Black hex nut x1
  8. Bolt 2RPM REWARD MOTOR to MACHINE DECK
    1. Use Gasket!
    2. Bolt heads must be on top of the deck - nuts on the motor side
    3. M3x8mm machine screw x2
    4. Black hex nut x2
  9. Install reward wheel glide bolts
    1. Observe ‘triangle’ layout
    2. M3x8mm machine screw x3
    3. Black hex nut x3
  10. Bolt REAR PANEL to BASEPLATE with REAR BUTTRESS, using washers
    1. M3x12mm machine screw x2
    2. Black washer x2
    3. Black hex nut x2
  11. Sandwich INNER DEPOSIT RAMP between PERCH PIVOT PANELS
    1. Press-fit, careful with force
    2. This part is now the PERCH PIVOT
    3. Bolt PERCH PIVOT assembly to BASEPLATE, using washers
      1. M3x12mm x4
      2. Black washer x4
      3. Black hex nut x4
  12. Press together LOWER DEPOSIT RAMP assembly
  13. Bolt LOWER DEPOSIT RAMP to FRONT PANEL
    1. M3x12mm x2
    2. Black hex nut x2
  14. Press together RAMP AND CHUTE assembly
  15. Bolt RAMP and CHUTE assembly to FRONT PANEL
    1. Bolt TOP first, and use a washer
  16. Align and press RAMP into guides on COIN MOTOR MOUNT
    1. Bolt bottom pair, without washers
  17. Slot MACHINE DECK
  18. Bolt MACHINE DECK
    1. M3x12mm x3
    2. Black washer x3
    3. Black hex bolt x3
